Landfill Gas Flare

Core Environmental Projects (Core-EP) were engaged to design, supply and install a landfill gas flare at a closed landfill.
Due to the relatively low landfill gas generation and collection rates, the system was designed with real-time monitoring and remote control to enable intermittent flaring and optimise combustion. The works involved the design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of an elevated flare.
