Aidan Marsh

- SENIOR PRINCIPAL

Aidan has over 25 years of experience in environmental assessment and remediation, with a focus on landfill/land development projects. He has worked on landfill projects across various countries, including Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, USA, UK and France, covering all aspects of investigation, risk management, design, installation, operation, and aftercare. He is a Suitably Qualified Person (SQP) under the QLD Environmental Protection Act and a CEnvP certified practitioner. He is also accredited to conduct risk assessments for petroleum and gas activities.

Alex Gervis

- SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST

Alex has over 10 years of experience in the environmental and waste sector. He specialises in waste management and compliance, project management, environmental monitoring and risk assessment. He is an CEnvP certified practitioner, a member of ACLCA, ALGA, WMRR and ALGA Vapour and Gas Special Interest Group (V&GSIG).

Brooke Ryan

- SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST

Brooke has over 11 years of experience in contaminated land assessment and risk assessment. With a strong research background including a PhD in soil science from the University of Adelaide and CSIRO, she applies her knowledge and skills to interpret and communicate site contamination data and develop effective risk management strategies. She is a CEnvP certified practitioner and a member of ALGA and Society of Environmental Toxicity And Chemistry (SETAC).

James Lucas

- PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

James has over 15 years of experience in vapour and landfill gas risk management and rehabilitation across Australia and the UK. He has published several papers, contributed to the national guidance on landfill gas and regularly provides expert support for complex soil vapour and landfill rehabilitation projects. He is a Charted Professional Engineer (CPEng), registered Environmental Engineer on the National Engineering Register (NER), registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), CEnvP certified practitioner and a committee member of the ALGA Vapour and Gas Special Interest Group.

Leigh Mullenger

- PRINCIPAL SCIENTIST

Leigh has over 16 years of experience in landfill and contaminated land assessment and rehabilitation across Australia. He has designed and/or managed the implementation and decommissioning of multiple landfill, soil and groundwater in-situ and ex-situ remediation technologies, including enhanced reductive dechlorination, in-situ chemical oxidation, biogas flaring and retrofit and horizontal vapour remediation systems.
